Smokey, peaty and complex flavor. It is my favorite single malt. I drink it neat. It was rated No. 1 in a New York Times review of Islay Single Malts
As for the photo, I placed a large softbox in the rear to blow out the background. The main light is an umbrella that then goes through a white sheet to diffuse the light and make it a larger light source and a large reflector on the other side.
