The single barrel bourbons are bottled by hand on one of two lines. The bottles are rinsed, filled, capped, labeled, and tagged over about thirty feet. This is at the end, just before they go in the boxes. The employees were kind enough to let me stand in front of the boxes and crouch to get this shot.
